Do you love working with kids? Come join Edina Public Schools’ Community Education Department for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for individuals with a passion for childcare to assist our Program Supervisors in the planning and implementation of the summer school age program. No formal training is required.

Your Role Will Include:

• Creating and running extra-curricular activities for students in kindergarten through 5th grade, including art, music, games, and more.  
• Supervising lunch, recess, attendance and dismissal.
• Helping with setup of the classroom and activities. 

Qualifications:

• No formal childcare experience is required - we are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping people and enjoy working with kids. 
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. 
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay, starting at $16.48/hour up to $22.66/hour based on experience.
• On the job paid training for first aid, CPR, child development, and working with students with special needs.

Location & Shift Times:

• Edina Elementary School Sites. 
• Part Time PM: 2 PM - 6 PM.
