Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Train and support maintenance team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Reliable and detail-oriented
