Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor | Weekly Pay + Benefits | $23-25/hr. based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and schedule the maintenance team
• Oversee unit turns and ensure all work orders are completed on time
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Coordinate large-scale community projects and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Assist with exterior and interior painting, drywall repair, and general upkeep
• Maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping, pressure washing, and trash pickup

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA Universal and HVAC certification – REQUIRED
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license – Preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or facilities management
• Proven experience supervising a team or leading projects
• Solid skills in troubleshooting appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Basic hand tools required; power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• A customer-service mindset and ability to work well with residents, staff, and vendors
