Job Description
Salary:
Villa Bellezza Winery is an Italian wine and food experience. We are seeking a part time baker to support our Il Forno Restaurant and Piazza. Most of our customers order menu items that include a bakery product: pizza, dinner rolls, baguettes, or desserts.
Villa Bellezza is a winery surrounded by vines, We are open year round.Our restaurants are meant to provide unique customer experiences and to support wine sales. Our chef, Antonio Cecconi, also teaches Italian cooking classes every week. In all of these offerings, we want all our customers to have great experiences with our wine and food.
Responsibilities
The bakers responsibilities are to prepare baked goods to our recipes including:
Parbaked pizza crusts
Baguettes
Ricotta cheesecake
Almond torte
Pastries for Christmas Market
Christmas breads
Cream Puffs
Objectives
The objectives for the baker include:
Baked goods prepared to our standards
Part of successful kitchen team
Qualifications
Qualifications for the baker include:
Experience in baking or willing to learn
The ability to work as part of a team
