We are seeking a friendly, focused, and quality-driven   Barista   to join our opening team at our   Midtown   location. This role is all about crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages while delivering warm, attentive service that energizes every guest’s day.

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing drinks with precision and care, maintaining a clean and organized station, and creating a welcoming vibe at the counter. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest receives a consistent and memorable experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift. You’re excited to help shape a new space from the ground up and take pride in every cup you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve authentic coffee, espresso, and teas for guests throughout service
• Oversee the cleanliness of the guest bathrooms , including refilling toilet paper and hand towels, emptying trash bins, sweeping and moping floors as needed, and cleaning mirrors and sinks regularly
• Setup coffee station before service. Restock all products at the start of each shift and throughout as product is used
• Clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with required health and sanitation standards
• Communicate any equipment problems to the management team in a timely manner
• Maintain a calm demeanor during peak busy periods
• Train new Baristas (as needed) on delivering excellent service while maintaining standard shift responsibilities noted above; such training to occur on-the-job with new team members shadowing you as you perform your key responsibilities
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless customer experience

As a member of our team you should have:

• 1+ year of barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred
• Knowledge and an enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and drink preparation
• Basic English language skills. Should be comfortable communicating in English with other team members
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 30 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Flexible availability: weekends, nights, and holiday availability is a must!
