Sharetea in Castle Rock, CO is looking for Baristas to join our team. We are located at 4991 Factory Shops Blvd, Unit A 130. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

We are only looking for team members who have availability between 9AM-3:30PM on weekdays

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Preparing drinks using various preparation techniques and equipment.
• Handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.
• Must be willing to perform kitchen and cleaning duties (wash pots, take out trash/recycle, mop/sweep floors, clean restrooms, maintain clean customer area, etc.,)

• Should have flexible availability
• Be proactive
