Position Summary/Department Summary:
The Division of Endocrinology at Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time social worker to join their team. BCH has one of the largest and most accomplished pediatric endocrinology team of experts in the world. When you access care from our division, you have access to a truly integrated team of specialists from a range of disciplines working together to develop a personalized treatment plan for your child’s overall health and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

• Completing assessments and formulations, treatment plans and dispositions for our inpatient endocrine patients.
• Collaborating with the inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary team(s) to address barriers to care (HRSN), provide education and ensure mental health support.
• Employing a range of clinical interventions, which may include but are not limited to care coordination/case management, crisis intervention, and referral and safety planning

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• A master’s degree in social work.

Experience:

• Strong clinical skills and experience with various therapeutic modalities.
• Social work experience within a medical environment preferred, inpatient highly preferred.
• Diverse candidates encouraged to apply

Licensure/Certifications:

• LCSW in the state of MA required, LICSW is preferred.

This position is 100% onsite
