Our client, a leader in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Control Room Operator I to join their team. As a Control Room Operator I, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring smooth operations in a clean room environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Control Room Operator I

Location: Hermann, MO

Pay Range: $17.25

Shift: Days (06:30am-3:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Maintain a clean room environment by adhering to strict cleanliness standards
• Assist in cleaning and packing medical components with precision and care
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
• Support team members in daily operational tasks
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues during shifts

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment with specific restrictions (no makeup, nail polish, acrylic nails, or lotions)
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
