Copywriter/Content Specialist

Duration: 3-Month Contract, 40 hours/week

We’re looking for a Copywriter/Content Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring brand stories to life across multiple channels. This is a full-time contract role supporting a dynamic team focused on delivering high-impact marketing content.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, white papers, case studies, and more. You’ll maintain and refine the company’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. You’ll bring fresh, creative thinking to challenge the status quo while staying true to brand guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll also review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. Agency experience – You’ve worked in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and know how to manage multiple projects with ease.
2. Multi-channel writing expertise – You’ve written, proofed, and edited content for both print and digital platforms.
3. Strong command of AP style – You understand editorial standards and apply them consistently across all content.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Experience developing long-form and short-form content across B2B and B2C audiences
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and formats
• Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp (or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A portfolio showcasing your range and versatility as a writer
