Responsibilities:Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools and equipmentBuild and set forms for foundations, walls, driveways, and slabsOperate heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and concrete sawsEnsure quality standards and project specifications are metCollaborate with team members to efficiently complete projectsMaintain and service tools and equipmentAdhere to on-site safety guidelines and protocolsQualifications:Proven experience in concrete finishing, form setting, and/or equipment operation (10+ years)Proficiency with construction tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditionsValid drivers license and reliable transportationCompensation and Benefits:Pay range: $32 - $40/hour based on experienceOvertime pay and bonus opportunitiesHealth insurance and retirement plansPaid time off, holidays, and ongoing trainingEquity awardCareer advancement opportunities in an employee-owned company
