PAX GBG Partner Location: Main Office/Program Site(s)Date: August 2025 Reporting Relationship(s):Position reports to the PAX Program Manager FLSA Classification:Non-Exempt General Summary The PAX GBG Partner plays a vital role in the success of the PAX program in both the classroom and community-based efforts This individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing the implementation, fidelity, and evaluation of the PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG) in one or more school settings. Working closely with teachers and school staff, they ensure consistent alignment with program objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, assessing the presence of core implementation strategies, offering constructive and encouraging feedback, and reinforcing progress through recognition of incremental progress. PAX GBG Partners also facilitate PAX Tools community workshops. Duties and Responsibilities1.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with teachers, support staff, administrators, and community partners.2.Model PAX GBG strategies and empower teachers to implement and sustain PAX GBG with fidelity in their buildings.3.Deliver PAX Tools Community Workshops to parents, caregivers, and community-based providers.4.Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and problem-solving; adapt plans creatively to promote effective implementation of PAX GBG and PAX Tools.5.Ensure classroom teachers meet and maintain fidelity by consistently implementing core PAX GBG components; progressively increasing the amount of time the game is played to achieve goals. 6.Conduct, at a minimum, weekly site visits to each PAX GBG classroom to provide coaching, modeling, and feedback.7.Collaborate with district, funders, and Supervisor to strengthen PAX GBG and PAX Tools at each site.8.Provide and/or support the delivery of professional development to school support staff and teaching staff through meetings, specialized training and booster sessions.9.Provide support for summer school.10.Complete or required program and/or funder training and all required agency training such as NYS Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment etc. 11.Participate in school and/or community events functions such as Open House, family nights, resources fairs. 12.Collect and complete data entry on weekly basis; analyze and report outcome data; compile monthly and quarterly reports as required by funders. 13.Ensure all data and records are maintained following privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures. 14.Participate in staff meetings, agency meetings and events. Education Requirements Associates degree in education, behavioral sciences, or a related human services field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 4 years experience in a school-based setting providing behavioral or educational programming services to children required.Compensation details: 24-29 Hourly Wage
