Position Summary:

Reporting to the principal and the Administrative Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English, Math, ESL, Art, Geography, History, Social Studies, Civics, Career Studies and more subjects as the course outline of The Ministry of Education, ensuring adherence to all standards, guidelines, and legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Teach students, Grade 1 to Grade 12.
• Encourage and support students to participate in competitions and social events.

Requirement:

• Experience tutoring and teaching students.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Literature
• Ontario Teacher’s Certificate

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quinte West, ON K8V 2J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• OCT (preferred)
