The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development using Python / Golang , with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and database management. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing backend services for scalable and high-performance applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python / Golang . Implement and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs. Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams. Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and optimization strategies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL). Implement security best practices in backend development. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Golang . Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful/gRPC API development. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) . Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with asynchronous programming in Python (AsyncIO, Celery, etc.). Familiarity with GraphQL . Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.) . Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).
