Jackson Supply Company is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. We are a rapidly growing company with current locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Texas. We are opening a new location and are currently seeking to fill a Counter Sales position in Houston, Texas . 

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for processing sales and responding to customer inquiries by way of counter and telephone while operating in a fast paced and busy environment. Also responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions, addressing and resolving problems, supporting outside sales, maintaining good vendor relations, and warranty administration. Whenever required, also responsible for performing necessary warehouse duties.

DUTIES

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Conducting equipment and parts sales
• Contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
• Assisting with warehouse duties

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have good math skills
