Monday - Friday 4p-12a

Working at heights, detail vac dust from celling and surfaces.

Scissor lift & Aerial lift experience required.

Work in large industrial settings like factories, performing deep cleaning tasks in big, complex areas that can involve large equipment and tight spaces. Duties can extend to higher areas if working in large facilities with high ceilings or complex architectural features.

Responsibilities:

• Operating and inspecting appropriate safety equipment, such as ladders, scissor lift, aerial lift, and fall protection systems (harnesses, guardrails)
• Adherence to strict safety protocols is paramount when working at heights, including proper equipment use (harnesses, scaffolding, ladders) and understanding of regulations.
• Regularly inspecting and maintaining all equipment to ensure it is stable, suitable, and in good working order. Adhering to established procedures, including proper equipment use, selecting correct anchor points, and managing fall distances
• Works effectively with team members and communicates clearly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Understanding and following procedures for emergency evacuation and rescue in case of an incident
• Prioritizing the elimination of hazards, followed by engineering controls (barriers, scaffolding), administrative controls (procedures, training), and lastly, personal protective equipment (PPE) such as harnesses. Using guardrails, barriers, and other collective protection to prevent falls
• Analyzing the work to identify potential fall hazards and implementing measures to eliminate or minimize risks
• Planning the work to ensure safe access and exit from elevated work areas

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in working with Scissor lift & Aerial lifts required
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Receiving proper training on safe working-at-height practices and the specific equipment being used. A designated competent person is responsible for ensuring the safety of equipment and work procedures
