• Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines required.
• Experience with heavy-duty textiles or industrial fabric preferred.
• Ability to read and follow measurements and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
