What They’re Looking For

• Experience in Investment Banking (IBD) or with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the renewable energy sector
• Exposure to energy infrastructure or large-scale utility projects
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills
• Proven negotiation experience , including term sheets, PSAs, tax equity structures, PPAs, and site leases
• Deep understanding of solar regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
• Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and financial teams to execute transactions efficiently
