Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay rate: 25.74/hr.W2

Duration: 18 Months

Job Description:

Responsibilities To Work :

• Conduct experiments to deliver new products.
• Evaluate new ingredients, materials, products, and processes.
• Assist in beverage flavor emulsion projects with technical guidance from manager.
• Execute shelf-life studies for various beverage applications; analyze data and submit detailed
• technical summary with conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop good understanding of emulsion science: types of emulsifiers, weighting agents,
• beverage prototypes and emulsion analysis methods.
• Perform specialized tests and procedures using complex equipment.
• Procure supplies and materials needed for laboratory research.
• Conduct literature reviews to obtain abstracts and information necessary for research.
• Resolve technical challenges linked to formulation and processes.
• Experience making emulsions, preparing delivery systems, and working with gums,
• hydrocolloids, proteins, sweeteners, and food colors is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline (food science, biology, chemistry, other scientific disciplines)
• Associate will need to be onsite at Atlanta campus
