Help make a difference in the lives of our patients and find your purpose providing care and dignity to the Surgical Care patient population! Care for those who are admitted after surgery from the General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics and Trauma Surgery.

In this role, you'll work on a team led by a Registered Nurse, where you'll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.

To succeed, you'll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period time.

Schedule

• Full-time | Onsite

• 12hr shifts | Rotating day/night | 7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am

• Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | Every other holiday

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $24.21 per hour and increases with experience

• Pay range: $24.21 - $36.35 per hour

• $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Current Minnesota LPN License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
