We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships. This position focuses on marketing initiatives across various channels (excluding social media) to promote Clear Label’s mission and product offerings.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Assist with content creation for email marketing, website, and in-store promotions.
• Manage and maintain promotional materials, ensuring accurate branding and messaging.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing (experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
