Job Description
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position with hybrid schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload under partner supervision;
• Drafting motions and status reports;
• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school;
• Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
• 1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
• Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
