🗓️ Part-Time Schedule (Fall/Winter):

• October–November: 3 days/week (Monday, Friday + candidate’s choice of Wednesday or Thursday)
• December–January: 4 days/week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
• 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to provide administrative support across departments and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desk work and hands-on tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming checks and mail
• Scan, save, route, and prepare documents/forms for processing and filing
• Complete assigned tasks in CRM and Office Support Help Desk systems
• Operate mailroom machinery for folding, inserting, and posting mail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of employee breakroom (stock supplies, empty dishwasher, etc.)

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Comfortable using printers, scanners, and basic office equipment
• Ability to be active and on your feet throughout the day
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy

Work Environment

• 100% onsite role
• Collaborative and supportive team setting
• Flexible part-time schedule during fall and winter months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
