Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Onsite Manager for our team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will provide outstanding human resources and recruiting value, strategic planning consultation, and partnership support with a dedicated customer at their onsite location.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues.
  • Utilizing your human resources skills forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer’s needs.
  • Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ensure P&L goals are being met or exceeded.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, and investigate and document any matters that require intervention.
  • Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.

Competencies we value for this role include outstanding customer service, financial management skills, ethical conduct, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, a passion for continuous improvement, intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment. We also desire 3-5 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
