Job Overview
Location: Metro Atlanta Primarily serving; Douglas, Fulton & Fayette Counties
Position Type: Full-Time | Hourly
Compensation: $21-$30/hr (Based on Experience and Licensing)
Your Role as an Lead Painter
The Emerald Leader is our on-site project champion—a combination of crew manager, quality inspector, and customer experience leader. You are responsible for overseeing all day-of-job production activities, ensuring excellence in workmanship, safety, and customer WOW satisfaction delivery.
