Job Summary

The Parts Specialist Counter will work closely with technicians and customers on all parts needs. This individual will handle parts orders in person, over the phone, or online. Additionally, they will maintain inventory levels, order stock from other branches as needed, and assist in warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, making hoses, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and deliveries.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of warehouse and inventory experience, preferably in a mechanical parts environment, with knowledge of CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts.

  • Excellent customer interaction and service skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., pull 50 lbs., stand, sit, climb into machines, and perform repetitive motions. Noise levels vary from quiet office environments to moderate or loud in other settings.
