PRODUCTION WORKER
Bentley Mills – City of Industry, CA

We are a carpet manufacturing company located in City of Industry, CA.
We currently have several open positions at our manufacturing plant and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift:

• 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift:

• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift:

• 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Duties:

• General labor tasks including:
  • Packing carpet tiles
  • Loading and unloading racks of yarn
  • Pushing and pulling carts of yarn

Experience Requirements:

• Entry-level position (no prior experience necessary)
• Must be flexible to work overtime and up to six days a week

Physical Requirements to Perform Essential Job Duties:

Frequent:

• Handling and manual dexterity
• Lifting 50lbs.
• Use of flat dollies and carts to avoid lifting heavy weights
• Reaching, standing, stooping, and walking
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Occasional:

• Balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching
• Grasping, kneeling

Required:

• Close vision, color vision, and depth perception

Environmental Conditions:

• General warehouse environment
• Exposure to background noise, dirt, oil, and humidity
• Temperature variations depending on the season
• Work near moving mechanical parts

Compensation:

• Starting Rate: $17.00/hour

The “base salary range” provided is a good faith estimate in accordance with California State Law. Bentley Mills reserves the right to pay outside of this range based on, but not limited to: candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and geographic location. Bentley Mills conducts regular reviews of compensation ranges and reserves the right to update them at any time.
