Job Title: Program Manager - Aerospace Engine Test Cell Pay Rate: $36.00-$42.00/hour, direct with full benefits Locations: Cincinnati, OH 45215 (Evendale) Area Code: 513, 283 Shift: 1st Full time, direct job with benefits #projectmanagement #aerospacesmanufacturing #testcell Belcan is seeking a Program Manager to join our Aero Derivative Engine support team. This role demands proficiency in MS Office applications and an ability to manage complex projects. Responsibilities:

• Manage and report on aero derivative engine testing projects using MS Office Suite.
• Oversee equipment orders, delivery, and inventory related to engine testing.
• Handle construction plan status in line with engine testing schedules.
• Administer spend forecasts for test cell equipment.
• Coordinate test cell changes, procurement, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements in testing operations.
• Conduct operational reviews and efficiency enhancement actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering field desired.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, engineering and/or manufacturing, particularly in aerospace or turbine engine industries.
• Computer savvy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
• Customer service minded with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team setting and individually.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
