* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
* Follow up with leads to ensure sustained interest and facilitate their employment journey
* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires originating from your leads
