As a Security Guard - Healthcare Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Security Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with patients, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter inappropriate activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control procedures, including checking credentials and verifying authorization to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, following healthcare facility protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities as required by the site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to work at this hospital client site.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
