As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Multicloud team, you will own the execution of OCI Multicloud initiatives and programs that span across the OCI and Oracle Database organizations and our hyperscaler partners. In this highly visible role, youwill work with a diverse set of architects, product managers, development and design teams, senior executives, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the worlds most fast-paced customers.

We are looking for a driven, highly organized individual who excels at driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects to play a critical role in driving product delivery.The successful candidate works backward, starting with the customer, has a passion for solving difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a curiosity about creativity and innovative thinking, can lead a conversation in a room with designers, engineers, and product managers, and influence partners to arrive at the accurate outcomes. You come to the role with a history of leading large end-to-end projects, experience driving stakeholder accountability, are an exceptionally strong communicator, and have agood sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.
