Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial and performance analyses to evaluate property-level financials and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyze KPIs, and communicate insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize portfolio performance by assessing lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant profiles for actionable insights.
• Assist in developing and monitoring property-level budgets to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
• Collaborate with asset managers to implement capital improvement projects that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
• Source and underwrite new multifamily investment opportunities, focusing on high-growth markets.
• Perform market research to analyze trends, operating statements, and comparable properties.
• Provide data-driven support for underwriting assumptions and investment viability assessments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing detailed investment presentations and performance updates.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment management, consulting, or public accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and managing KPIs.
• Ability to assess lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant profiles effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with high-growth Sunbelt real estate markets.
• Experience in capital improvement planning and execution.
• Knowledge of demographic and economic data analysis for real estate investments.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
• Exposure to multifamily property acquisitions and dispositions.
