Job Title: Skilled Construction Laborer
Job Description

As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for ensuring all storage units and offices are clean, repaired, and ready to be rented. This role demands practical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Use tools effectively, including drills, saws, hammers, levels, and measuring tape.
• Fix minor damages such as drywall holes, replace light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds.
• Patch up flooring and make basic electrical or plumbing repairs.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Work independently, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback.

• Experience with general labor, production, and construction.
• Proficiency in using forklifts, hand tools, and power tools.
• Knowledge of concrete, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate machinery like excavators, skid steers, and loaders.

• Experience in residential home building is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
