Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media management, performance marketing, client communication, and digital strategy, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery. Understand client goals, brand voice, and industry landscape to develop effective digital strategies. Present reports, campaign results, and strategic recommendations regularly. Build long-term, trust-based relationships and identify opportunities for account growth. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.). Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign workflows. Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with creatives, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging content. Digital Marketing Campaigns Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels. Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Coordinate with performance marketing specialists to optimize ad spend and audience targeting. Project & Team Coordination Manage internal teams including designers, copywriters, strategists, and media buyers to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Ensure all outputs align with client expectations and brand standards. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM/automation platforms. Provide monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and future strategies. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing tactics and identify opportunities for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or account management—agency experience strongly preferred. Deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and digital best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
