\nWe’re looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher with an Illinois LBS1 license for a full-time position in the Naperville, IL area . This is an onsite school-based role with flexibility to choose a morning or afternoon start time , making it a great fit for both experienced educators and new graduates.
Qualifications:
\n\nValid Illinois LBS1 Special Education teaching license (required)
\n\tBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
\n\tSchool-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
\n\tAuthorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
\n\tNew graduates encouraged to apply
\n\tSchedule & Location:
\n\nFull-time, Monday–Friday
\n\tMorning or afternoon schedule based on candidate preference
\n\tOnsite at a public school in the Naperville, IL area
\n\tKey Responsibilities:
\n\nDeliver instruction aligned with IEP goals
\n\tModify lessons to support diverse learning needs
\n\tCollaborate with general ed teachers, related service providers, and families
\n\tParticipate in IEP meetings and ensure IDEA/state compliance
\n\tTrack and report student progress
