Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting management and leadership talent for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business supporting the Mid-Atlantic region.  The Mid-Atlantic region covers Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and West Virginia.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a high attention to detail, thoughtful and impactful communication skills to drive action in the hiring process, and serve as subject matter expert for recruiting management and leadership talent within the Mid-Atlantic region.  This role will require 25-40% travel within the region to build and foster effective business relationships with our opertional partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and evaluating internal and external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques
  • Collaborating with Centralized Support Team to source, engage, and/or pipeline talent for current and future leadership opportunities with Aramark Collegiate Hospitality
  • Implement regional talent management strategy for existing vacancies and collaborate with HR Business Partner to identify talent gaps in succession planning for current business partners and prospective business partners
  • Support new business through pipelining candidates for anticipated business
  • Coaching and advising internal client groups (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Internal Talent Acquisition Team) to influence action and decision making

Qualifications

•    2-5 years full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency experience recruitment experience required.
•    Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
•    Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, etc.
•    The ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling
•    Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool.
