Trial Attorney – Civil Litigation (Plaintiff)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Trial Attorney to join our Los Angeles team. This is a high-level role for a seasoned litigator ready to manage a plaintiff-side caseload from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant litigation experience and a successful trial record.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plaintiff-side litigation matters through all phases of trial
• Conduct case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and courtroom representation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop compelling legal arguments
• Deliver exceptional service to clients while managing complex legal challenges

Candidate Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• Minimum 7 years of civil litigation and trial experience

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $400,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
