Are you looking to join a team where your experience can make a real impact? We're currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a U.S. supplier of excavator buckets and equipment. Interviews are being conducted for immediate hire! Position Overview As a Forklift Operator , you'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. You'll handle heavy-duty excavator buckets and attachments-loading, unloading, moving, organizing, and staging them for shipping and storage. This fast-paced, hands-on position requires a keen eye for safety and organizational detail. Position: Forklift Operator Location: Oilville, VA Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon - Fri OR 7:00 AM- 6:00 PM (staggered) Compensation: $20-21/hour, Based on Experience Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move excavator buckets, grapples, thumbs, and heavy farm buckets throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and containers, securing materials properly
• Attention to Detail: capable of reading and understanding item codes and part numbers.
• Communicate shipping/receiving updates with warehouse supervisors and logistics team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial/warehouse setting
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering heavy attachments
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety-PPE, vehicle traffic, load limits
• Basic computer literacy for logging shipments and inventory
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as a team
• Attention to detail in staging and verifying orders

Work Environment

• Fast paced distribution warehouse- working in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)
