Established Napa County Winery is seeking a well-organized and motivated team player to oversee bookkeeping and accounting functions. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Position is approximately 32- 40 hours/week. • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts • Perform A/R and A/P functions • Communicate with Winery Clients and Vendors • Prepare and communicate monthly financial reports • Monitor compliance with applicable rules and regulations • Other administrative duties as requested • BS or BA in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience. • 3+ Years of experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Intermediate/Advanced user of Quick Books, Xero, or other accounting software • Very strong Excel skills beyond data entry to analyze and automate complex data tasks using powerful functions (like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS,) and PivotTables. VBA knowledge a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to learn new Windows based industry-specific Software • Willingness and ability to learnReceive an email alert when similar new jobs are posted.
