We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee facility and production equipment operations for a manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will lead maintenance planning, ensure equipment reliability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain production equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities, ensuring timely task completion.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
• Train and lead maintenance team members in continuous improvement practices and reliability tools.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters or repairing door handles.
• Develop recommendations for equipment upgrades, repairs, and installations to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures during maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs, auditing tasks for thoroughness and quality.
• Collaborate with mechanics to execute approved maintenance projects, managing resources effectively.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with food production and food safety standards.
• Experience working with mechanical systems, such as gearboxes, motors, and conveyors.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
